Our standard mainland UK delivery service

For orders placed on-line, we deliver to a single mainland UK address. 
Delivery option "A" is for HydroButt & Water Butt orders. Delivery option "B" is for all other orders, smaller items such as "accessories".
A) Economy: 3 -5 working day for order total between £23.99 and £89.99 are priced at a flat rate of £6.50. For order total between £90.00 and £199.99 priced at a flat rate of £9.99. For order totals of £200.00 onwards priced at a flat rate of £14.99 using a courier. This also includes large item packaging and handling fees.

* Please note: For all orders that include a HydroButt and a Water Butt Kit combination, you will receive two seperate deliveries. This is because all Water Butts and Kits are pre-packed and shipped directly from the manufacturer. This doesn't effect the delivery times and shall be delivered in the timescale stated.

B) All items will be sent using the Royal Mail First Class service. Our pricing system is as follows:
£0.00 - £9.99 = £2.99
£10.00 - £17.99 = £3.49
£18.00 - £23.98 = £5.50
Providing all products are in stock, orders placed before 11am we aim to despatch all goods the same day using your chosen delivery service described above. For out of stock products, we try to gurarantee delivery within 28 days of order your order being placed. If we unable to deliver within 28days we will only proceed with an order with your agreement.
Deliveries are made Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, we cannot guarantee any delivery on a Saturday.

Delivery address 

We are happy to deliver to any Mainland UK address. For certain products we are also able to deliver to the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland - please e-mail check, and we will arrange carriage on request (an additional surcharge may apply). To ensure that our couriers can deliver, the delivery address should be a full address including postcode.
If you are out, the courier will leave a calling card at your home.

You can then telephone the local depot and either re-arrange the delivery or collect yourself from the depot, within 7working days of the first delivery. After 7 working days the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and our customer services team will contact you. Please note that goods "left safe" upon customer's instructions are left at the customer's own risk. 

Delivery procedure

The majority of goods are shipped from our premises; where products are shipped from other locations and in these cases you may receive more than one delivery.
IMPORTANT: When signing for the delivery, if there is any damage to the box at all please sign for as "damaged" or do not accept the delivery. All items damaged in transit must be notified to us by sending an email to within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do this may result in the item not being replaced.

The legal stuff

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is despatched, until which time are entitled to withdraw the offer. will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions..
